M.a.c cosmetics?

i was just wondering what the requirements are for m.a.c employees. Like i see all of them wearing black with alot of makeup. Is the makeup required and stuff?M.a.c cosmetics?
My sister works for them. You do have to wear all black. And from what she told me it has to be solid black...no pinstripes, adornments or anything else in other colors.


As far as he makeup...they usually have to wear whatever is current and will often have to wear a certain look that they are promoting.


On the other hand she gets an amazing discount and lots of free training and goodies. Mac has done amazing things for her freelance career too. She gets great jobs through them and has created a name for herself in her city.


She has worked for them for over 10 years and says the company has changed recently..so I dont know if the discounts are as good as they used to be, but I do know she loves it there.M.a.c cosmetics?
lol well yahh the reason you always c them wi make up on is to encourage their sales! it catches the cutomers eye and mkes them ask about it and the products...soyeah you got to have some experiance in the make up industry eather it's working at like sephura or ulta or goin to beauty skool...something ike that is recomended...uhhm got to be 18...but yah as it goes fa make up...it pormotes sales so that';s why you always c them
YEA THEY HAVE TO WEAR THE MAC BLACK ';UNIFORM'; AND THEY MUST WEAR THE PRODUCTS-SORTA LYKE A WALKING ADVERTISEMENT THEY ALSO HAVE TO WEAR A CHAIN
You have to show off the merchandise girl!!! Also, it shows you their skills. they do makeup for you! Don't you want your makeup done by someone that knows what they're doing? ; )
