No, I don't think they are. If they were vegan, it would say on the website or on the packaging.Is jordana cosmetics vegan?
the best way to know is to know what ingredients are and what makes them.. google them.
I honestly don't think they are. They are very cheap so I do not think they care about being healthy or vegan.
don't know, but not good quality...i used it in makeup artistry school....will not use it on my face
