You can purchase mark through an Avon rep, or a Mark rep. I know this because I have been an Avon rep for 12 years.
avon.com and on the left side is a link for mark. If you dont want to order and have it shipped to you, on the same site you can look for a local AVON or mark. rep to deliver to you. As an AVON rep who uses mark., you have a good choice in makeup!
