Despite being self-conscious about my pale and thick upper arms, and cheesy barbed wire tattoo on my left upper arm, I agreed wear a sleeveless bridesmaid dress in my sister's wedding to please her. *UGH* Does a smudge-proof tattoo concealer even exist? I'm afraid I'll be seen and photographed with make-up smeared all over the side of my dress!Is there a cosmetic tattoo concealer that won't smear onto fabric?
At Sephora they sell
Kat Von D Tatto concealer, never used it but it's suppose to be so good it can conceal tattos.
I use DermaBlend, it's awesome and covers my tattoo on my back. Got it at Ulta
