Can u recommend types o food or Cosmetics that can make my skin healthy and smooth ? ?

Someone before me mentioned Tea Tree oil--this works great for cleansing. Jojoba oil also is good for your skin.





Also anything which contains high levels of Vitamin E (you can actually buy this in pure oil form) will help your skin be healthy...as will vitamin A





If you don't want to do heavy investing in lotions and oils, you can always use the traditional egg-white whip and leave it on your face until it drys. I like to then use the egg yolk on my hair (the protein is supposed to absorb well and help nourish damaged hair)





Benzonite Clay is also useful--it has a drawing effect and will help cleanse your pores. You just put it on like a face mask.





If you are especially worried about having nice skin--spend a little extra cash on natural makeup. The chemicals in most commercial makeups are incredibly hard on your skin.





Also, if you want to use wrinkle reducers, make sure you know what you are buying. Alot of wrinkle reducing formulas that contain chemicals which ';plump'; your skin and make the wrinkles disappear temporarily but are very hard on your skin in the long run, and wear and tear will actually be more evident if you don't use it every day.

Personally I find a lot of lotions with Aloe Vera make my skin smooth, or actually, any natural products that contain goat's milk. Also, if you can find a face wash that contains '; tea tree oil ';, it'll make sure your face is clear of blemishes.





For cosmetics, check the labels to make sure it's not oil based, and be sure to wash your face with a deep cleanser to remove your makeup.





If all else fails, vasoline. Rub that on your body, rub it in good, and it makes your skin -amazing-Can u recommend types o food or Cosmetics that can make my skin healthy and smooth ? ?
If you want amazingly smooth skin all over your body eat a lot


of fruit that is loaded with Vitamin C. If you don't like fruit or


you don't feel like eating something then try Burt's Bees Soap


Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleansing Serum. I use it and it


prevents blemishes and keeps my face looking awesome. Try


using it every time before you put on makeup and every time


after you take makeup off.
They say that tofu can help because of protein. Other soy product can help too.
try oatmeal soap, it works really well. you can buy it at a local health food store. its unwrapped but cutt it pieces. costs about 2 dollars. also longs i believe has it. smells really good too when its hot!
Water. If you would drink water for two weeks straight. NO SODA. You will see a drastic change in your skin. Water is life and it will clear up your face. Plus your hair will be healthier!!
Blueberries!!!


they have so many anti-oxanids in them they really really help


them and lemons both! like tea with lemon in it...or just blue berries! are really good for u
