I am having some work done and it is costing me about 3,000 dollars more here in So. Cal than in the Dallas, Texas area!??Why is Cosmetic Surgery more expensive in Southern cali than other parts of the United States?

Simple... supply and demand. The more demand there is, the higher the price gets. Then when it's too expensive people quit doing it and the price goes down. Then the cycle starts again...
