Which cosmetics are better?

Im trying to decide weither i should buy foundation/powder from Avon, or Bourjois. I need a foundation that will look great, preferably be oil-free %26amp; not cause outbreaks. But at the same time covering any spots that i have. I have normal/combination skin. Thanks....Which cosmetics are better?
