How can u tell if someone has undergone rhinoplastic or other cosmetic surgeries?

without seeing before and after photos.





i think my new girlfriend had cosmetic surgey before but she does not want to open up...maybe because she is afraid i will leave her.





which specialist do i have to take her to?





to have her check just to make sure.

Usually the only way to tell would be through a before and after picture that would show a change in her appearance. Good plastic surgery leaves no visible scars. Is she having complications but won't admit to having had something done? If that's the case and her health is at risk, then she needs to get checked out by a plastic surgeon (not the one who did her surgery of course).
