it's rare to like all of the makeup items that people use from the same brand. i wear alot of different brands myself. it's all about what works for you. and just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's bad and just because it's expensive doesn't mean it will be amazing. sometimes it's true and sometimes it's not.

Try to avoid department store brands like Estee Lauder or Lancome. You can get the same quality stuff at drugstores (not to mention same hazard levels...be careful what you buy. Nothing in USA checks for safety of cosmetics.)

Hands down MAC is the best make up out there. They have a huge variety of items that are high quality. Pricing is pretty reasonable!
