How do you feel about cosmetic surgery?

Ok well i have always been for cosmetic surgery. If it helps with someone confidence then why not? Its their choice in life! I have always Been for it but my other half is totally against the idea! Just wondered how over people felt about cosmetic surgery? And if anyone else out there had a partner out there who was against surgery but they went ahead with it anyways and what it then did to their relation ship and how their partner took it???

I think its really disgusting. These companies thrive of of people who have a horrible body image. Everybody should love there body, and if they care for what is good for it, they shouldn't inject it with plastic or have fat medically taken out. ITS GROSS. I was at a hair salon once, and I was looking through this magazine. There was an add for a cosmetic surgery company, and there were a bunch of ';before and after'; pics. There was this picture of a little girl who couldn't have been over 8 who had her ears pinned back and her nose re-shaped. What is this society that is making this little girl feel like she isn't beautiful?? The average age for a nose job is 13!!!! It is so sad that people are so unsatisfied with their body that they resort to this. Its disturbingHow do you feel about cosmetic surgery?
I have never done cosmetic surgery. The risks outweigh the benifits for me. I believe, that it is drastic to undergo cosmetic surgery to look ';normal'; or ';beautiful';, unless of an acident or injury.
